What is the War Faced Return / Refund Policy?

You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel any item(s) on your order. After 24 hours your order will be processed.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for pre-ordered items. Pre-order items are stated in the item description.  If you’re unhappy with a non-preordered item for any reason, you may return it to us for refund or exchange. 

 All returned items must be postmarked within 3 days of when you initiate the return. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 What is the Return Process?

To return an item, please contact us at ryan@warfaced.com with your order number, name, and mailing address.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization number along with a shipping label.  Place your item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and affix the return label securely to the outside of the packaging.

 What is the War Faced refund policy?

After receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your banking statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 Exceptions for refunds?

Pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
